This full day free recipe costing workshop will be introducing Ben E. Keith Foods newest web based Recipe Costing/Nutritional Analysis and Inventory application eMenuManage for Restaurants.
This workshop is ideal for chefs, catering managers, restaurant owners, food and beverage managers, or anyone with the responsibility for the financial outcome of a food service operation.
Chefs, Restaurant Owners, Kitchen Managers who want to be ahead of the pack will learn how to run the perfect food service operation making great food and making money.

Class will begin at 9:00 AM Tuesday, June 17th, 2014 and we will break around 12:00 Noon for "on your own lunch." Plan to be back from lunch by 1:00 PM for the completion of the workshop by 3:00 PM.
