Memorial Drive Church of Christ is celebrating almost 50 years of being at 747 South Memorial Drive in Tulsa and we want you to come and celebrate with us! Saturday evening there will be a church-wide dinner where we can see old friends and experience a great evening of fellowship. There will be a meal provided for $10 per person and you can pay at the door.
Sunday morning Terry Rush and Wayne Monroe will be sharing the pulpit beginning at 10:30 a.m and Trent Taylor will be leading the "youth group" session for all current and former youth group members at 9:30 am.
Sunday immediately following the worship service there will be a dinner for anyone that has ever been in the Memorial Drive Youth Group. The cost is $12 per person and you can pay in advance online at http://memorialdrivereunion-efbevent.eventbrite.com/ Although it's a stretch to call many of us "youth" I believe it will be a great time of reunion and fellowship! We are assembling a slideshow of pictures and would love to have yours in our presentation. Please email a digital file of a picture from when you attended Memorial to email@example.com.
The weekend will be packed with rekindled relationships, shared memories and an amazing time of worship together. But we want to take it even a step further and keep the focus on something bigger than all of us. So, we are joining forces with Never Settle, a non-profit founded in honor of Don Pittman, to sponsor a water sanitation system in Cambodia that will provide access to clean water for decades to come. Over 800 million people lack access to clean water. 3.5 million people die every year because of unsafe drinking water and poor sanitation and we can do something about it. Join us in this worthy cause by donating at stayclassy.org/memorialdrivereunion. and help us change the world!
Looking forward to seeing all of you there!
