MELT Method Intro Workshop: Hand and Foot Techniques
If you have just a few minutes a day to help yourself look good and feel fantastic, this simple self-treatment is for you. Using small MELT balls, you will learn easy techniques that you can do at home to maintain optimum stability, mobility, and balance. While MELT Hand and Foot Techniques are applied to the hands and feet, the techniques address our whole body system. Participants will be either barefoot or wearing socks, and all techniques can be performed while standing or sitting.
Includes MELT 50-Second Facelift Techniques (as seen on The Rachael Ray Show): you will also learn how to stimulate cells that produce collagen in your skin, while restoring the skin's natural hydration from the inside out.
Cost $35 in-advance. (MELT equipment provided for class use and available for purchase)
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

When & Where
Susan Creighton, MELT Method and Nia Instructor
Do you subscribe to an abundance mindset? What about an abundance of wellness - for yourself and others?
:: As an advanced-level MELT Method and Nia Instructor, I get to share the tools-toward-transformation that have helped me to feel better and fitter every year!
I get to take my well-being experience into my own hands, and I love supporting others with their wellness journey.
:: I am passionate about presenting MELT workshops, classes, and private sessions at Seattle Area studios, libraries, corporate offices, and fitness clubs. I’m also loving being on-staff teaching both MELT and Nia at the Bellevue Y.
:: My work and play is with kids, elders, and everyone in-between. I’m a big believer in movement-medicine, creative expression, and the sacred art of self-discovery. I continually learn techniques that inspire movement with greater ease, grace and flow, leading to a deeper understanding of the dance of mind, body, spirit, and emotions.
I’m also a big believer in fitness as feel-good-fun, the wisdom of laughter, and large doses of play. Join me!
