MELT Method Intro Workshop: Hand and Foot Techniques
If you have just a few minutes a day to help yourself look good and feel fantastic, this simple self-treatment is for you. Using small MELT balls, you will learn easy techniques that you can do at home to maintain optimum stability, mobility, and balance. While MELT Hand and Foot Techniques are applied to the hands and feet, the techniques address our whole body system. Participants will be either barefoot or wearing socks, and all techniques can be performed while standing or sitting.
Includes MELT 50-Second Facelift Techniques (as seen on The Rachael Ray Show): you will also learn how to stimulate cells that produce collagen in your skin, while restoring the skin's natural hydration from the inside out.
Cost $35 in-advance. (MELT equipment provided for class use and available for purchase)
Space is limited and pre-registration is required.

When & Where
Susan Creighton, MELT Method/RTR/Movement Medicine
Subundance Wellness is movement medicine. Are you moving with an abundance of ease and grace? Through proactive self-care and an abundance mindset, we find wellness.
As a MELT Method, RTR (Relief Through Rolling), and dance/movement instructor, I get to share the tools that have helped me become proactive about my wellness experience and feel fitter every year.
I share self-care techniques that provide an opportunity to experience greater body sense, alignment, and overall ease of movement. Whether you’re a dancer, an athlete looking to enhace performance, or someone looking to move and feel better, these techniques support a healthy and active lifestyle.
Our bodies become maps for all our stories, and through movement medicine we experience the opportunity to safely express those stories (physical and emotional). My dance training includes Nia Techniques, Latin dance, Bellydance, Bhangra, and playing in the living room with kids and dogs.
I work with children, elders, and everyone in-between, and my passions include fitness as feel-good-fun, the sacred art of self-discovery, collaboration, and large doses of play. Join me at Seattle area sutdios, fitness clubs, the Bellevue Y, or your venue.
Exercise as fun? You bet. Move&Groove is a dance playground! Freestyle dance, dimmed lights, eclectic music, and an awesome supportive community. Freestyle dance, share your favorite steps, or zone out with your own dance experience. Your dance. Our dance.
Wellness Professionals Network
I created the Wellness Professionals Network to provide a supportive web of wellness resources for clients and to be part of a collaborative group of Seattle Eastside practitioners from a wide range of wellness modalities.
