Learn simple self-care techniques you can use every day to make your body feel better and function more efficiently. Relieve aches and pains brought on by aging and active living. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, and learn how to keep your whole body working better.
Workshops will take place on Thursdays 2:00 pm - 3:15 pm on the following dates: 11/21, 12/05, 12/12, 12/19 (please note gap in dates due to holiday).
In the 4-weeks you will be learning basic Melt techniques intended to be practiced at home. As a result, we recommend the following materials, so you get the most out of the workshop.
- Soft Melt Foam Roller
- Melt Hand & Foot Kit (can be bought through the instructor)
- Book: The Melt Method, by Sue Hitzmann (found on Amazon or in local book store)
