About the Speaker:
Mr. Chester Te is the Assistant General Counsel of SVB Financial Group. Mr. Te is responsible for leading management of enterprise-wide litigation and corporate investigations; support of core holding company functions including human resources, vendor management, risk management, fraud, security, facilities, marketing and public relations; and support of individual business units including bank operations and SVB Analytics. Mr. Te holds a law degree from University of Minnesota Law School and a bachelor's degree from Yale.
