Meet the Project Forum: Independent Film Week’s Spotlight on Docs
Wednesday, May 14 | 7:00 - 8:30pm
Milton Tabbot, Independent Feature Project’s Senior Director of Programming, will be joining Women Make Movies to explain the application process for Spotlight on Documentaries, which takes place during Independent Film Week. Spotlight on Documentaries, is an annual industry-wide event, a part of IFP’s annual Indie Film Week that brings together industry leaders from the U.S. and abroad who are in the market for new projects. Spotlight on Docs is an opportunity for U.S.-based filmmakers working on feature-length (50 minutes or longer), in any stage of production, as long as some footage has been shot, and the film is not complete, to have one-on-one meetings with a broad array of funders, broadcasters, sales agents, distributors and film festival programmers to discuss your project and get on their radar screens. This year’s Indie Film Week will take place from September 14 – 18, 2014.
