Located just 14 miles from New York City in South Orange, New Jersey, the Whitehead School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University offers a Master of Arts in Diplomacy and International Relations, as well as dual degree programs with Seton Hall's Law School, Stillman School of Business, and College of Arts and Sciences. As a professional school of international affairs, we blend an innovative curriculum with essential real world knowledge. Our graduate curriculum evolves rapidly to address the concerns of an ever-changing global agenda. In addition, we offer the opportunity to meet some of the world’s most influential diplomats and attend professional networking events that will help launch you into a rewarding career. Our accomplished faculty aims to extend the frontiers of knowledge and to empower our students to make a difference in the world today.

Join us at our upcoming graduate student information session on Saturday, March 19 from noon - 3 p.m., where you will have a chance to:

  Meet one-on-one with deans and faculty members from the School who can answer all your question regarding studying at the Whitehead School.

  • Talk to current students about their experiences, internship opportunities, graduate student organizations, and the student-run Whitehead Journal of Diplomacy and International Relations.
  • Learn about the application process, curriculum, financial aid, housing and more.
  • Participate in faculty lectures and tour campus.

A Graduate financial aid session begins at 11:00 a.m.

School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University


The School of Diplomacy and International Relations prepares students from around the world to become leaders in a global society. Its innovative graduate and undergraduate programs provide students with the critical skills and knowledge needed for international careers in public service, business, law and the nonprofit sector. Through a unique alliance with the United Nations Association of the United States of America and the United Nations Foundation, students are exposed to today’s leaders and policymakers while experiencing diplomacy at work.
