"I would rank the event a 10 - the food, the venue,
the format, the content. It was absolutely perfect.
It was an amazing value and provided

Since Geni gave the program a "10" last year, we thought no other person could moderate the program as well as she could! Geni will kick off the day's events, introducing our experts, as well as lead a lively session on how branding affects your career and leadership.
Providing leadership training is WWS Professional Member and National Development Director, Margaret Martin. She worked for Mezzetta as the Director of Leadership Development where she brought structure to their performance management and recruiting processes, and delivered the Coaching for Performance workshop. She is currently the Customer Service Manager at Amy’s Kitchen in Petaluma, where she uses her coaching and organizational development skills and lives in Napa Valley.
Rounding out the day's bounty of experts in the wine industry are four top leaders in their fields:
Left to right, our Professional Member Experts: Susan DeMatei, owner of Wine Glass Marketing in Napa; Cindy Deutsch, National Retail Chain Manager, TGIC Importers, Inc.; Karen Jess-Lindsley, CEO of Lindsley Lighting and former WWS National President; and Julie Johnson, Winemaker/Vintner of Tres Sabores Winery and co-founder of WWS.
*This event's Silent Auction will be heavily populated by donations from each of our experts. Expert Sessions are 90-minute private sessions with the expert of your choice for a mere $75. All proceeds go to our scholarship fund.
Other raffle and auction items will be on hand for bidding and winning. There are many ways you can contribute to our scholarship fund to help deserving students meet their wine and viticultural education goals with us:
