Classes begin on the 26th of June.
Sahaja Meditation is a simple, time-honored technique. It helps reduce stress and increase wellness. It brings better focus and helps people become more centered and better balanced. Anyone can do it. It's also free.
The classes are held on Wednesdays, 7:00-8:00PM in the Community Room on the 1st floor of the library. This is a beginner level course, its format is educational and practical. Aspiring students finish the course with a certain level of experience of meditation and vibratory awareness, although the level of experience is very individual. The classes do not involve any physical exercise so the type of attire is not important.
The course is designed to provide the experience of self-realization and to impart basic understanding of meditation, balancing techniques and the human system of subtle energies. Upon the completion of the course, you will be able to progress with your meditation at home, maintain inner peace, satisfaction and happiness through Sahaja Meditation techniques.
