ABOUT THE COURSE

This 1-day, 6 hour (including 1 ethics hour) CLE program will explore the role of the attorney (and other party representatives) in maximizing results for themselves and their clients in mediation. Some of the questions this course will answer: What are the strategies, best practices and "secrets" to making mediation work for you and the clients you represent? How can you take advantage of the process in the best interests of you and your clients? What are the risks and pitfalls to avoid? What can you do before, during and after the mediation to ensure that you and your clients goals are achieved?

Whether you are an attorney representing a party in mediation, an insurance representative, or an executive representing corporate interests, you will leave this program with dozens of new ideas that will enable you to have success in mediation ~ and ideas on how to avoid the most common (and dangerous!) mistakes advocates make in mediation!

This is an all-new program for 2012! If you've already attended one of our seminars, this program will cover material never before presented in our previous programs!
