Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction 8-week

Class begins Thursdays, Starting September 4th, 2014:

This is an 8 week series requiring consistent attendance for full benefit (not a drop in group)

Location:   750 East Ninth Ave, Denver, 80203

Day/Time: Thursdays* 6pm - 8pm  (*Class 6 Wednesday Oct 8th)

Dates:        Sept - Oct 23 & **Practice Day Oct 4th, Noon - 5pm

Return to what is right in you; Reinform the patterns of dis-ease; and Re-member who you are beyond the immediate suffering you are experiencing.

Creating new habits of mind requires repetition; join us to practice together for long-lasting lifestyle shifts for well-being.



Facilitated by Diane Renz, LPC, a licensed psychotherapist with 30 years of Mindfulness Practice, trained through The Center for Mindfulness-UMASS with Jon Kabat Zinn and Saki Santorelli. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, catastrophic illness and loss, utilizing the latest contemplative science research to inform approaches to healing as a Neuroscience Practical Applications Facilitator. Both her personal and professional experience have informed how to navigate life to discover that no matter what the circumstances are in your life, whatever you are currently dealing with, can become Your Gateway to Healing™ by Turning Pain Into Possibility™.
