Are you currently an FHA-Approved Loan Correspondent? Do you wish to be a Sponsored Third Party Originator starting January 1, 2011? In Part One of our session, Rosemary Gadsden from HUD's Tampa Field Office will be providing those in attendance with an overview of the updates being made to FHA starting in 2011 including a Q & A session.
Part Two of our session will feature a panel discussion regarding the elimination of the Loan Correspondent effective January 1, 2011; Criteria for establishing a FHA channel with wholesale lenders; Broker compensation and how it applies to the Broker - Wholesale relationship and How you will get paid once this goes into effect.
