Explore the conversation that creates parameters for work and play, take a look at how you play a role in the development of expectations, and what it takes for you to change that internal messaging. Along the way you will receive some specific tools for relieving stress, being mindful and present to your life – at both work and home.
- Examine language for setting boundaries, including remote working and attending out of office meetings
