Randall B. Richardson, CLU
Randall attended Louisiana State University and received his Certified Life Underwriter designation from the American College. Randall has over 32 years of experience in the insurance industry. First, as a top producer, promoted to manager, and then, as a general agent for several of the most reputable and named Fortune 500 insurance carriers. Randall is recognized as an expert on insurance products and insurance company operations. Additionally, he has served as an expert witness in over 85 litigation cases across the United States. He has been admitted in federal, state and district courts as an expert witness in matters involving insurance and securities. Randall is founder and president of Pelican Financial Network, a holding company which presides over a producer group (Pelican Advisory Group, Inc.).
Shelly Grimm-Latino, LUTCF
Originally a native Texan, Shelly moved to Louisiana in 1982, attended Tulane University and The University of New Orleans, after which time she became a paralegal. She worked for several notable firms over the course of 15 years such as Lemle Law Firm (formerly Lemle & Kelleher), and Adam's and Reese. Shelly’s financial services career began in 1998, and given her previous education, training and experience, her personal practice has always been focused in the advanced marketplace. Shelly has spent her career collaborating with other trusted advisers, both accountants and attorneys, with either small business owners, or individuals of high net worth. Shelly is the owner of Pinnacle Financial Strategies, a full service financial planning firm in Metairie. Pinnacle Financial Strategies has partnered with Randall and Pelican Advisory Group, Inc. due to their mastery of the advance markets in today's environment.
