May 2013 ACIR Meeting

 

Thursday, May 30 from 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Please join me and members of the Atlanta City Council's Advisory Committee on International Relations (ACIR) for our May meeting at the Atlanta Contemporary Art Center, 535 Means St., NW, Atlanta, GA  30318.

 

This month's meeting will feature a presentation on the global initiatives of UNICEF by Betsy Root, Global Citizenship Fellow for the U.S. Fund for UNICEF. After the presentation, The Contemporary's Artistic Director, Stuart Horodner, will give us a brief guided tour of "The Olympic City," the new photography exhibit exploring the Olympic legacy in various host cities across the globe.
