This workshop includes an outline of best practices for the entire recruiting and hiring life cycle for start-ups and small organizations. We will teach you how to maximize your time, energy, money and staff, how to find people who will fit well within your organizational culture, and how to best position your firm/brand in the marketplace so you will attract and retain top talent. During this session we will review the entire hiring life-cycle, including:
· Defining the role within your organization
· Defining and being able to community your corporate culture
· Building proper job requirement(s)
· Creating and working candidate pipelines
· Extending an offer and On-boarding
· Integrating the new employee into the Team
Jason M. Hill is the Founding Partner of Sound Advice Consulting Services. A highly motivated and dedicated individual, Mr. Hill has spent the past decade working successfully in the information technology, consulting, staffing (direct hire/permanent placement), and outsourced services (including: Bookkeeping/Controller Services, Outsourced Human Resources and Outsourced Recruitment) industries. As a project manager/consultant and talent acquisition specialist, Mr. Hill works intimately with start-ups and rapidly growing business by helping put in place infrastructure, processes and standard operating procedures for long-term success. He has helped clients, managed and placed contract and full-time professionals in positions ranging from entry-level to executive management. Prior to Sound Advice, Mr. Hill consulted with IBM, and was a top performer for both Hudson Global Resources and Modis.
