Friday, October 5, 2012 from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
The healthcare workplace has become more behaviorally, educationally, and culturally diverse, and it requires trained leaders who possess strong communication skills who can address the concerns, challenges, and issues found in this unique environment. This workshop, led by Ed Hendricks, renowned leadership expert, will provide an overview of what it takes to be an effective, versatile leader. You will have the tools to put your new skills into practice as soon as you return to work!
This workshop is eligible for 1 CEU for social workers or 1 contact hour for nurses.
The event includes a full hot breakfast and is being held at the University Center, located on the Grayslake campus at the College of Lake County. The room number is 322. If you have any questions about this event, please contact our office at 847-543-2615.
