Increasing your sphere of influence, the blend of personal and professional contacts built from a variety of resources, should be an ongoing goal that will pay off in business over time. Throughout your career in real estate, you should always have a plan to grow this group and implement it faithfully. This will become a huge source of repeat and referral business over time.
In this course, you will identify who should be included and how to rate your Sphere of Influence (SOI). Learn what traits are important to buyers and sellers and understand how they select an agent. Identify and overcome the most common reasons for not following up with one's SOI and learn the cost of not doing so.
Gain a much better understanding of what to say, send or do when following up with your SOI and learn how to set up a simple follow-up system.
