Join us for an exclusive evening of exciting dining at Maui Chef's Table, on the grounds of the Maui Tropical Plantation. Enjoy a 7-course adventure of food, exploring new tastes and textures of local and organically grown produce, fruits and proteins. Watch and get up close, as each course is created, plated, and presented for you. We encourage you to interact with the chefs, find out more about how each component came to be, and meet other guests.

Wine, beer and spirits will be available for purchase. No outside alcohol will be allowed. Maui Chef's Table is your opportunity to delight in the freshness and goodness that Maui has to offer. We look forward to having you as our guest!

Chef Scheer creates each course from scratch, infusing each component with a variety of our plantation’s freshest ingredients, often chosen only in the hours leading up to the event.
