Math Solutions Summer Workshop - SELECT ONLY ONE (1) GRADE LEVEL
The MSP Title II B Mathematics Grant is pleased to announce Year II with Math Solutions! Understanding the Math You Teach, is the second in the series. The course will help you deepen your content knowledge and instructional strategies in the number sense and operation strand. The experiences will help you focus and refine your instruction in order to build your students' understanding, number sense, accurate and efficient computation, and problem solving skills. The use of complex tasks are incorporated and developed to provide adiierentiated math tasks for grades K-8.

Dates: July 6, 7, 8 and July 11, 12, 13 (last session for P-Credit people only!)

Time: 8:30am - 4:00pm Daily
If you are taking the course for P-Credits, FIRST YOU WILL NEED PERMISSION FROM MARY lOU WAINWRIGHT TO REGISTER WITH ASPDP. Once you are given permission, you must register with ASPDP prior to the beginning of the course at http://schools.nyc.gov/Teacher/aspdp - make sure that you save your email confirmation and a copy of your credit/debit card statement. Your statement will show a charge to "Voluntary Afterschool Program". for $125. Both of these documents are necessary for reimbursement after successful completion of the course.
