They will share their no-nonsense tips for turning an ordinary food and wine experience into an extraordinary culinary and enological journey. Chef John will prepare a delicious treat from his cookbook, “Passion and Palate: Recipes for a Generous Table” and Erik will pour wines that best match the foods “profile”. By the end of the evening you will be wanting to make your own perfect match with your favorite food and wine.
