Event Details

A good sauce can elevate a simple dish to great heights. Too often, people are afraid of making sauces. Chefs Mick and Barbara will show you the techniques and tricks to making a great sauce every time. Sauces will be accompanied by grilled steak and veggies for you to enjoy in class

Sauces to be made in class: Hollandaise and Bearnaise; Bechamel; Veloute (Gravy) and Lemon Butter Caper Pan Sauce and Red Wine Reduction Pan Sauce

All equipment and aprons will be provided for use during the class.

Class starts promptly at start time. 

As we will be cooking and using sharp objects, closed toed shoes are required.

No one under the age of 18.

Tickets are non-refundable.
