Master CEO: Excellence in Leadership Roundtables LogoStarting February 20 and every following 3rd Thursday throughout 2014 until December, we will be holding Master CEO: Excellence in Leadership Roundtables that bring together company leaders for a stimulating exchange of information, ideas and insights.

With half-day monthly sessions that explore the key drivers of a business, the open forum dialogs will delve into candid, solution-seeking discussions focused on the challenges and pressures unique to top level management - including business and operational issues and opportunities. This powerful experience gives you the tools to address your most pressing business decisions and enhance your leadership skills.

The program is designed to pro
vide participants with their own confidential "board of advisors" who can assist with business challenges by presenting solutions for discussion. You will find that nothing compares to having multiple CEO-level facilitators whose sole intent is to resolve your issues and help you attain new levels of success. It all boils down to business leaders working together to leverage their collective wisdom.

Although participants will come from diverse companies and backgrounds, they share some common values. They know:

  • Continuous learning is necessary and that learning from peers is very effective and efficient
  • They don't know it all and that they can benefit from the experience and expertise of other CEOs
  • They demand a high return on their investment of time and money

How It Will Work:

  • Members meet in peer groups of 10-18 business leaders
  • At every session a different facet of running a business is profiled and each member has an opportunity to present to the group a challenge, issue or opportunity that is related to the topic at hand, and will receive immediate feedback
  • The meeting is led by two facilitators with extensive but varied business experiences including guest specialists providing expertise to respond to the concerns of the CEOs
  • All members can receive one-on-one attention and resources between meetings

Benefits of Participating
This dynamic convergence of people and ideas results in:

  • Gaining the collective wisdom and multiple perspectives on business and operational issues through open and unbiased discussions
  • A sounding board to discuss business topics that may be too sensitive to discuss with your own employees or your Board of Directors
  • A heightened ability to anticipate trends and issues
  • Sharing Best Practices by learning from others who have "been there, done that" thereby avoiding mistakes, pitfalls and roadblocks with their businesses
  • Making better-informed decisions which lead to increased profitability and more effective visionary thinking
  • Being challenged and held accountable to make and execute actionable decisions
  • Engaging in more effective strategic thinking

Topic Flow:

Feb 20 Session 1: Compensation Drives Behavior: How Are Your Sales People Doing?
Mar 20     Session 3: Key Performance Indicators - Tools for Business Performance Management

PLEASE NOTE that group members will play a much more active role this year in determining future topics.

All chief executives face a myriad of issues. You don't have to go it alone. Harness the collective wisdom of experts and peers by joining the Master CEO Roundtable.

The program will start with breakfast and networking at 8:30 a.m. followed by the session from 9:00 a.m. up to Noon.

We want to welcome you back to continued sessions this year.  The fee for each session is $35.00.
