Monday, September 8: Deadline to register for a table and the scavenger hunt
LearnLaunch will have a special exhibit area for edtech startups at the MassCUE conference, the largest edtech conference in New England.
The conference brings together attendees from all over New England and attracts over 1,700 educators, school administrators, and instructional technologists. It is sponsored by MassCUE (MA Computer Using Educators), an ISTE affiliate, and the Massachusetts Assocation of School Superintendents (M.AS.S.).
A regular exhibitor table at the conference costs $2,100, so startups are receiving a substantial discount.
Note: in order to participate in the LearnLaunch Innovation Space, your company must have less than $1 million in revenue.
Companies participating include:
- HILL for Literacy
- History in Motion
- John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum
- Listen Current
- Literacy Magic Ltd
- PIP Learning Technologies
- Physical Apps
- School Yourself
- Secretariat of Education
- STEM Beginnings
- Storyboard That
- TeenLife Media
- 30hands Learning
Table: includes one 6-foot table or cocktail style table (full table) or half of a 6-foot table (half table), 2 tickets to attend the conference, and lunch both days for ONE person
Scavenger Hunt: Encourage more attendees to come to your booth by participating in a new scavenger hunt offering. Each vendor that participates in the game will receive a sign with a QR code. When attendees visit your booth and scan the code, they will be prompted to answer a question that you have created. The hunt will create more meaningful interactions and will be lots of fun for both exhibitors and attendees.
Food: Each table includes a buffet lunch for one person for both days of the conference. Additional meals may be purchased for an additional fee ($35/person/day - Buffet Lunch, $20/person/day - Boxed Lunch). Each ticket corresponds to meals for ONE person. The buffet lunch is a great opportunity to network with conference attendees. Note: Gillette Stadium does not allow outside food to be brought in, so we highly recommend that you purchase lunch.
