COUPLES MASSAGE IN NEW ORLEANS!
This workshop is for anyone who has ever wanted to share therapeutic massage with their partner at home but didn't think they had the time or were strong enough to really give a quality session!
This course will give you and your partner safe, therapeutic, and easy to administer massage techniques for treating the most common stress related conditions. After completing this workshop, participants will be able to perform a 30 minute massage on their partner with reduced fatigue, better focus, and ever-increasing confidence.
In this workshop you will learn:
~Basic Thai massage techniques for massaging your partner at home
~Basic body mechanics to maintain comfort while massaging
~Simple techniques to address various areas of tension in the body
~Techniques for communicating clearly with your partner

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
ID required. All participants must be 18 years or older; 21+ if you want to have a sip of bubbly!
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Blankets and yoga mats will be provided.
Please bring extra pillows if your body requires extra support.
Please wear comfortable clothes: gym or yoga attire, short and tshirts will be perfect!
Please bring snacks and waterbottles.

Carrie Stone, CMT, NCBTMB & Tony Litwak, MA, Ed
Carrie Stone, CMT is a San Francisco based massage therapist who had the pleasure of attending Blue Cliff School of Therapeutic Massage and starting her massage practice in New Orleans in 2001. She has extensive training in Traditional Thai massage and has recently begun teaching Thai massage and couples massage in San Francisco. It is Carrie's personal goal with this workshop to spread the benefits of informed touch and supply couples with new skills that will support their efforts to improve communication, increase body awareness, and encourage genuine reciprocity. www.carriestonecmt.com
Tony Litwak, MA, Ed Tony is a professional facilitator, educator, and instructional designer who has recently begun to study Thai massage with Carrie Stone. Tony co-teaches corporate couples workshops with Carrie and when he's not learning a new massage technique or playing live music, he's designing and implementing instructional tools for TechShop San Francisco. Tony's goal with this couples workshop is to provide tools and coaching that allow people to improve their own quality of life, and that of their partner.
