As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with some hot chai.
You’ve all eaten French toast, now try this masala French toast. You’ll love this beautiful snack so much that it’ll become on of your staple breakfast or appetizer item. Next we’ll make pooris – they are handmade flat breads that are deep-fried. You’ll learn to make perfectly round pooris and know the ins and outs of how to properly deep-fry a poori. They are traditionally served with a thick, spiced potato dish called ‘Dum Aloo’ (Dum Potato).
Address to the class will be provided after registration.
Menu is subject to ingredient availability in the market. In the rare occasion that something isn’t available, it’ll be replaced with something very similar. You’ll be notified of any change.
