The clinic is open to talented Riders and Young Horses ages 4-6 who are preparing for USEF Young Horse Competition in 2013. The format is designed to help riders, trainers, owners and breeders assess the performance potential of young horses and to properly develop young horses with strategies for successful training and competition. Scott will address the quality of gaits and training necessary to make the FEI Young Horse Tests a realistic goal. The clinic will be a clinic format with brief Q&A sessions conducted after each ride / age group. Refreshments and lunch will be provided each day and the Saturday session will include a late afternoon slide show and lecture presented by Scott Hassler. Space is limited. Applications for audit seats will be accepted until 100 seats are filled. Auditors must pre-register with full payment. We cannot quarantee space the day of the event for auditors who have not pre-registered. Once confirmed, no refunds can be given. Conformation will be sent via email.

Run entirely by volunteers, the association and its members regularly organize and sponsor various activities designed to heighten its members' and the general public's knowledge of and appreciation for dressage and combined training.
