Neptune Travel Group is booking the POPULAR Mardi Gras Buses for the 6th year. This year we have added enhancement to our packages to give you a better experience including Secure Parking and choice on type of Party Bus. These party buses will be stocked with alcoholic beverages, agents on board, and we will have awesome giveaways and other surprises.
ABOUT THE EVENT
Join us for our very popular Mardi Gras Party Buses down to New Orleans for a day full of partying on Bourbon Street. You have not lived until you have experience Mardi Gras. Nothing in this world can top the Mardi Gras festivities in New Orleans. With the spectacular parades, unbelievable costumes, music, dancing, food and popular drinks, this is the biggest celebration ever! You will enjoy over 12 hours of non-stop partying in New Orleans!

Standard Transportation Package - $99 per person
The standard package is our traditional package which will offer round-trip motorcoach transportation from Atlanta to New Orleans on your choice of the Hip Hop Party Bus OR the Grown & Sexy Party Bus, alcoholic beverages on the motorcoach and Mardi Gras beads.
Hospitality Suite - $30 per person
Keep in mind that our travel package is transporation only with no room accommodations. Our hospitality suite is ideal for those that will need a place to recharge, relax, and rejuvenate. They will be ample outlets to recharge your mobile device, water to rejuvenate, and cozy seatings to relax. Trust, you will appreciate this Hospitality Suite. You will be given the exact location 1 week before departure and you will receive your wristband upon arrival in New Orleans. Items left in this room will be at your risk.
TYPE OF PARTY BUSES
Hip Hop Party Bus - $99 per person
The Hip Hop Party Bus will give you the ultimate party bus experience for Mardi Gras. This party bus will include the latest Hip-Hop Hardcore music, Hard Rum Shooters, the infamous Trouble Shooters and an assortment of mixed cocktails. Truth and Dare Party Games and many other games will be played on this party bus. This party bus is ideal for the client that's looking for a wild, loud and fun-filled party bus throughout the entire ride to New Orleans.
Grown & Sexy Party Bus - $99 per person
The Grown & Sexy Party Bus will give you a laid back party bus experience. This party bus will include some Hip Hop music, R&B music including some Old School, Hard Rum Shooters and an assortment of mixed cocktails. This party bus is ideal for the client looking to attend Mardi Gras without all of the explicit music and rowdiness but a fun-filled party bus throughout the ride to New Orleans.
Our Party Buses are 56-passengers motorcoaches. All motorcoaches are selected from the Georgia Secretary of State list of registered and approved motorcoach companies. All motorcoaches come with comfortable seating, overhead compartments, restrooms, and TVs with DVD players.
All participants are required to load the motorcoaches on Friday, February 28 at 11:30pm. Motorcoaches will leave promptly at midnight. Arrival times are estimates. Please be aware that New Orleans is in a different time zone from Atlanta in which it is 1 hour behind. Atlanta is EST & New Orleans is CST. Times are listed at the local time which should be reflected on your mobile phone.

PICK UP LOCATION
We now have a central location to pick-up all passengers. Our location is 5 minutes from the Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson Airport. You will be able to park your car for $18 for the entire weekend. Your car will be in a secure, gated facility and will have 24 hour guards on duty. It is suggested that you car pool with friends and share in the cost of parking. This exclusive pick-up location will be disclosed 1-3 weeks before departure after final payments have been made.
Early Bird Deposit $30 December 31, 2013
Final Payment February 1, 2014
Early Bird Deposit for transportation packages only is due no later than December 31, 2013. If you make a deposit, balance must be paid off by February 1st to maintain your seat, otherwise you will loose your seat and payment is forfeited. After December 31, 2013, the transporation package full payment is required. Deposits can be made anytime after deadline as long as space is still available. Seats are first come first served.
Due immediately. First come, first served, must be paid in full. Space is limited and will sell out.

Travel Insurance is available as low as $17 per person.
Allianz Global Assistance has 3 travel insurance plans available for you to purchase anytime online up to 3 days before departure. The insurance protects you before and during your travel for travel delays or medical emergencies. Click here for details. In the event you may need to cancel, you will be refunded what you have paid less the cost of the travel insurance.
Cancel Anytime Insurance provides added protection to cancel for any reason such as "change of mind" which must be purchased before final payment with your travel consultant. You must accept our Terms and Conditions before payment is accepted.
You must be 21 or older to participate. ID is required.
Each participate will sign a Liability Agreement before boarding motorcoaches.
All payments are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Name changes are allowed.
Full Itinerary will be emailed to you one month before the trip.
Travel Insurance is available for purchase with Allianz Global Assistance up to 3 days before departure. Cancel Anytime insurance can only be purchased by your travel agent before your final payment. It is your responsibility to understand the terms and conditions of the policy.
