Join Green Vegetarian Cuisine Executive Chef Mike on Monday, March 24, 6:30 p.m. in the CIA Cooking Class Kitchen, 312 Pearl Pkwy, 2nd Floor.
Executive Chef Mike Behrend will introduce you to the art of making delicious easy-to-make vegan meals. Each class will combine discussion and cooking demonstrations, and ends with a delicious dinner for everyone.
During the class you'll receive a four course meal, drink and recipes.
