Speaker: Mark Hopkins

Topic: Agile SharePoint Migration\

Migrating an intranet from a legacy CMS to SharePoint is a complex process with so many moving parts that it may be impossible to know where to begin. Traditional project management approaches test the business's patience and can grind to a halt when things don't go according to plan. Why not take a lesson from application developers? In this presentation, learn how Agile methodologies, based on bite-size chunks spread over defined time periods, can center your SharePoint projects while empowering your team.
