As a risk manager, data security risks keep Ruby up at night. Ruby will discuss her current top 5 computer security risk concerns, and what measures can be taken to mitigate the risks both to operations and organizational reputation.
Ruby Christina Bauske directs enterprise risk management at Providence Health & Services for hospitals and other facilities such as doctors' clinics and home services in the state of Oregon. She directs teams of internal auditors, computer security specialists, and compliance investigators.
Ruby is a Certified Public Accountant. She studied general science at the University of Pennsylvania, but earned her accounting and business degree from the University of Oregon. She also has held certifications in internal audit, IT audit, and earned certification as an Information Systems Security Professional.
Ruby’s background also includes running a CPA firm, managing teams of technical engineers in IT applications, and IT audit and security assurance.
