We all understand the benefits of cross-training as part of our regimen – active recovery, injury prevention, improved fitness. How many of us have considered yoga for cross-training? Yoga can help to heighten our mental focus, improve flexibility, increase strength, and give us a better awareness of movement – all things that can improve our running experience.
