 Our November Program

You are invited to the November meeting of the Houston International HR Roundtable.

Our program is a special panel presentation on "Managing Your International HR Career." This is about YOU - Do you know where you are going? Do you have a plan?  During the program we will discuss:

1.   Strategies for career success

2.  How to effectively handle management

3.  Showing HR's value

4.  Setting career goals

Our program will feature an exceptional panel of senior management, senior international HR professionals, recruiters, and perhaps a surprise guest.  We will also be featuring YOU as each of you is managing your own international HR career.

Antonio P. Sevilla, GPHR, HR Manager for International & Deepwater Exploration & Operations for Anadarko Petroleum.  Antonio has over 20 years of experience working for multinational oil and gas and software companies in both managerial and staff positions in U.S. and international locations. Holding his MBA, Antonio has been recognized for his work in community outreach, in worklife balance and his global HR expertise.

Patty Standley, GPHR.  Patty has over 13 years of global Human Resources experience, in both practitioner and consulting roles, with a focus on the energy and engineering and construction industries. Patty's experience includes international assignment policy design, development and administration, global compensation, strategic planning and all aspects of operational human resources.

Mike Kahn, SPHR, Executive SR Partner for the Lucas Group.  Mike brings a unique perspective with some 22 years in corporate as an HR practitioner combined with the last 6 years as an executive recruiter for HR professionals.  Active in SHRM and a past president of HR Houston, Mike will share his experiences from “both sides of the table” in career development.

We look forward to seeing you!
