Conference Participation Criteria:
- Southeast Pennsylvania Resident for minimum of one year
*Priority will be given to Chester County Residents
- Unemployed or Underemployed (currently working in a position with income substantially below previous full-time employment)
- Prior full-time employment with an income above $42,000
- Associates degree or higher

This conference will host a panel of HR professionals who will give their insights on the job interviewing process. In addition, presentations will be made about a series of Free follow-up Job Assessment workshops and one-on-one Coaching Sessions that are available for those attendees who meet eligibility requirements. Funding for this program is provided by the Chester County Workforce Investment Board.

9:00 – 10:00 a.m. - Presentation of services available from Service Providers
10:00 – 10:15 a.m. - Morning Break
10:15 – 11:30 a.m. - Panel Discussion amongst Human Resource professionals who will discuss their insights on the job search process including résumé preparation, the job interview process, and other related topics
11:30 a.m. - Noon - Q&A from audience
Noon – 1:00 p.m. - Networking opportunities with Workforce Investment Board; PA CareerLink; and Service Providers
