Event Details

Anne Brody, Director of Academic Skills Assessment Program, and Lisa Medalie, Specialist in Behavioral Sleep Medicine, will be discussing how sleep patterns affect mental health and cognitive functioning. The stresses of graduate education often lead students to have dysfunctional or irregular sleep schedules, which can negatively impact work efficiency and productivity. This workshop will offer students suggestions and strategies for overcoming irregular sleep patterns for a happier, healthier, and more productive graduate experience.
