Turnaround and restructuring professionals often encounter potential ethics issues when working engagements with clients. The sources of issues may arise from outside the firm or inside the firm. The issues can be either explicit, or related to company processes or behaviors, or due to governance, litigation, restructuring or transaction concerns. Using a case study format, our panel of experts will discuss potential ethics issues and share a perspective about how to anticipate them, recognize them, manage them effectively and prevent them from occurring or recurring.
