Investing in our managers is an important key to an engaged, motivated, and well-trained workforce. We are inviting you to participate in this interactive, blended learning program designed for new managers to Creighton University or those in leadership positions looking for a refresher, as an introduction to our organization’s policies and procedures, as well as an opportunity to meet the HR professionals that will assist you. Tools, techniques and resources will be shared with you to ensure your success as a manager at Creighton University.

Driving the Employee On-boarding Process
Performance Management & Setting Objectives
Introduction to Employee Relations
Special Guests also include:
Jim Jansen, General Counsel & Tanya Winegard, Associate Vice President for Equity & Inclusion to present on Title IX and successful advocation of the University's policies and procedures.
Event will be held Tuesday, November 6, 2012 from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Harper Center, Room 3029. Refreshments will be served.
