The Management Training aims at activating the personal effectiveness of the participants, and improving their conscious influence on others through better results with less managerial intervention, improved achievement by subordinates, subordinates with more initiative and creativity, and least possible personal inconsistency.
The GUSTAV KÄSER Management Training shows the participants the unused strengths which lie dormant within them. It allows them to experience ways to more enjoyment and satisfaction in the job, and thereby to better, more consistent management success and more productive subordinates.
The objective of the GUSTAV KÄSER Management Training is to achieve these results with the expenditure by the participants of five days, spread out over three months, followed by a refresher of two individual days after 8–12 months.
