Management Essentials for Excellence

New Orleans, LA
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
Do you have problems working with a coworker or getting members of your team to work together?
Do you need to more effectively manage a project or team?
Do you have problems motivating your staff or team members?
It is critical that every interaction, communication, and directive from leadership moves the organization forward. Trust must be established and nurtured by leaders to maintain a positive workplace environment. You must be able to effectively respond to conflict in a way that addresses the behavior without it consuming workplace energy. Develop your own management toolbox to coach effectively, incorporate consistent recognition and motivation, and facilitate positive communications within your team.
