Robert Lazer, PhD, Director for Organizational Learning and Development at Pace University. With 35 years of global human resources experience, he has managed strategic human resources activities in industries including non-profits, healthcare, consumer products, transportation and professional services. He has consulted and published on various topics including leadership coaching, organization culture, performance management, succession planning and job search strategies.
He is also an adjunct professor at Pace and Stevens Institute of Technology where he teaches both on-campus and on-line courses in human resources, organizational design and behavior, and project management leadership.
