75 women cap. Cost is $70.00.
Sign in at 9:00am-10am. Workouts starting immediately after.
Three workouts and one final workout for the top ten.
Workouts are not posted in order of events.
WOD 1: Swinging, Falling, and Balling
8 minute AMRAP
10 KBS 16kg
10 Med Ball Squat Clean Wall Balls (12# ball)
WOD 2: "Kids pick up your toys"
Odd Object Lift
30 seconds to get object from ground to overhead or chest level depending on object.
Five stations with five different objects to lift.
10 seconds to switch and move to the next object.
If you fail at the lift you have the remainder of the 30 seconds to do as many lunges as possible. If you complete station 5 you will have the remainder of the time to do as many lunges as possible for additional points.
Station 1: 65#-70#
Station 2: 70#-80#
Station 3: 80#-100#
Station 4: 100#-120#
Station 5: 120#-145#
Objects will be announced at the event.
WOD 3 It's time for bed!!
50 Lunges holding a kettlebell(baby) 16kg
In the time remaing do as many POWER Snatches as possible (65#)
WOD 4 TBA after the final cut.
If you know a mom who is in better shape than you are (most of them are) invite them to this event.
All guests and volunteers are welcome. We will need good qualified judges.
