Event Details

As parents we often help our children manage transitions and change. Transitions can be major shifts, like entering preschool or having a sibling. But they also include everyday things like brushing their teeth, getting dressed in the morning, or saying goodbye to a parent leaving for work. This workshop will help parents:
• Learn strategies for handling their preschooler’s big and small transitions
• Understand and respond to the feelings that naturally arise during transitions
• Improve their own and their child’s ability to regulate reactions while enhancing the family's resilience and self-reflection.
