Cancer can take a toll on your mood. It is important to be able to distinguish sadness or grief from depression. Managing your mood is essential to your physical and mental well-being during your cancer journey.
This session will help you learn more about mood disorders that are common for people living with cancer and will help you to explore strategies to enhance your overall mood, sense of purpose, and general well-being.
Facilitated by Sharla Wells-DiGregorio, PhD, Clinical Psychologist, Psychosocial Oncology.
