Making the Community Connection

An Alzheimer's Association education program especially for caregivers 

Learn about the resources available to families in our community who are facing memory loss or living with Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia.


Many of these resources are free or come with minimal cost, and they can help ensure that your loved ones stay safe and well at home.

Join us for this free presentation about programs and services in your community such as:
• Caregiver support groups.
• Caregiver education.
• Driver evaluations.
• Social activities for people with dementia.
• In-home respite care options.
• Day programs.

The Alzheimer’s Association of Rochester & Finger Lakes Region includes; Chemung, Livingston, Monroe, Ontario, Schuyler, Seneca, Steuben, Wayne and Yates counties.


We serve individuals and families facing Alzheimer's disease and other diseases, including multi-infarct dementia, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease, Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease, Lewy body dementia and Pick's disease.
