Making Croissants and other Laminated Pastries

Here is your chance to learn to make your own French pastries from scratch including: Croissants, Brioche, Puff Pastry, Chocolate Croissants, Almond Croissants, Cinnamon Buns as well as the newest NY Craze "Cronuts".
You will learn all the essentials to make these pastries for your friends and family.
We will provide beverages and light finger foods for your enjoyment while in attendance.
- Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. Call us at 727-593-0656 to make a reservation or register at EventBrite. All reservations require payment. ($50.00+tax per person)
All tools, equipment and ingredients will be provided for each participant.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by parent or legal guardian)
