Event Details

Focusing on abilities rather than disabilities needs to occur at every level of an organization that is committed to helping people achieve a quality life.  This is just one of the new realities that successful organizations of the future will need to address in the process of becoming more person centered. This workshopwill describe some of the most significant issues associated with the best practice approaches of person centered planning and service development.

Come learn about how we can help make a real difference for people by creating new futures through the effective implementation of Person Centered Planning – and why it makes sense to do it even when it is hard!
