Na’an is an Indian flatbread that gets a tangy kick from yogurt. Traditionally, it’s cooked in a tandoor oven. If you don’t happen to have a 900-degree, charcoal-fired, dome-shaped oven at home, don’t stress! Na’an is totally simple and easy to perfect with just a few basic ingredients and a nice hot pan. Everyone will make their own na’an and will enjoy the warm bread with a few different dips and spreads. This is a hands-on class with plenty of samples.
