Why do we do the things that we do?
Do you ever catch yourself thinking or doing the same things over and over, yet wishing you could figure out a better way? Do you try to "help" your partner see things more clearly?
Once you find your territory through this insightful system, a huge amount of personal information becomes available to you.
Our own behavior can make us nuts, but we tend to feel that life would be easier if others saw things more like we do. The Enneagram suggests nine points of view, personalities, called "types” that can help us to understand how to be our best selves.
This free introductory program, is an overview of how the Enneagram can help us uncover how we get stuck in habitual patterns, and most importantly, the way out of our frustrating, self-imposed traps.
Together, we will explore:
- History and development of the Enneagram
- Elements of the Enneagram System
- The Three Centers of Intelligence
We will end the program with a “type panel” where participants will share how they use the system to transform their lives.
You will emerge from this experience with a sound understanding of how the Enneagram can help you.
