It's been too long. Of course, I said that at our 10 year reunion. But this time I mean it twice as much. I hope to see your face this August.
Happy Hour 6 pm - Meet at Duke of Edinburgh in Cupertino for a Happy Hour reception. We have the entire outdoor patio reserved. Family friendly until 11pm. This is a no-host event and just a good excuse for us to kick off the weekend with a pint and some really ridiculously old friends.
This is just down the road from our official Reunion Hotel - The Cypress in Cupertino where we held our 10-year reunion (see below).
Golfing 11 am - You are invited to a wonderful golfing fundraiser for fellow school mate Chris Tsuji (Class of '92) who suffered a stroke in 2008 and was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease. Many classmates will be in attendance including myself. This is not an official reunion event but this is kind of a reunion of its own. For tickets and more information go to Caring4Chris.com.
6 pm - Dinner is offered at the golf event, but there is purposely no official dinner venue for the reunion. Think of it as prom. Dine on your own then meet up for the after party at Fahrenheit in downtown San Jose...
THE Celebration 8 pm - Fahrenheit Ultra Lounge has reserved their entire upper lounge for our class and will cater to our every need. This is a no-host bar but we'll have light hor d'oeuvres, dancing, lounging, catching up, a photobooth and raffles prizes. Just 15 minutes down 280 from The Cypress Hotel. Dress code enforced.
Family Picnic 11 am - Picnic at Kevin Moran Park (aka Scully Park) from 11am-3pm. Totally family-friendly and totally relaxed. Catered by Jake's of Saratoga: pizza, salads, adult and non-adult beverages all included. If you have bocce balls or whiffles balls... bring it.
Mega Reunion Family Day 11 am - Lynbrook is having a Mega Reunion family day on campus open to the public on Sunday. School clubs will be selling food and drinks (non-alcoholic). There will be a car show, art show, and music. Campus will be open that day for those who want to see the campus. For more information go to www.LHSmega2013.com
The Cypress Hotel - We have a group rate of $136/night which includes transportation between the hotel and SJC airport. This rate is first-come-first-serve until all blocked rooms are full. Email Andrea Krueger (Stasis Travel) at email@example.com. Let her know that you are with the Lynbrook High School Reunion group and request the "Lynbrook" floor. *wink

If you plan on going, what are you waiting for?! Go get your tickets.
If you don't know if you want to go, I will personally sing you a sonnet that describes 93 good reasons to go.
If you do not plan on going to the 20 year class reunion, then you probably aren't reading this anyway.
For those that purchase their reunion tickets before July 21 you are entered to win...
1) $50 towards your first round of drinks
2) A bottle of champagne
3) A chance for an official walkoff against Danny Stoian and Billy Zane
Sincerely, I don't want to sell this event. I just want everyone to have a good time. If you plan on going, it will help me plan better if you purchase your ticket sooner than later.
