Author and acclaimed food writer for the New York Times, Mark Bittman is the featured keynote speaker for the Urban Grown Farms & Gardens Tour. (He will be speaking at Unity Temple on Thursday, June 20 at 7p.m.)
Ticket price includes lunch, tea or coffee, and a copy of Mark Bittman's newest book, VB6: Eat Vegan Before 6:00. Lunch will feature recipes from his book and seasonal food from local farms. (A meat or fish option will be available.)
